Well bless his little heart.

Brown gets $270K in salary, and $479K in compensation via the last proxy filing. Probably more now. And he forked out $3.1K to exercise his 0.01 stock options.

Apparently Brown was too chicken chit to buy in the open market on that day. Which would've cost him $69K.

Not only that but he exercised the options after holding the required 1 yr. Which means he can dump whatever he wishes the second after it's announced the stock is heading to the OTC. It won't fall from 0.19 to 0.01 all at once. He can still profit afterwards.
