If it does turn out to be an unregistered security in my opinion I think it will probably be a tactic on maybe have people sell their xrp out of fear and then later be deemed a registered security oh, I don't know very much about all that stuff but that was just a thought

This is why you buy Etherium also, or other cryptos, not just xrp.
Nobody knows, and I think they will screw us then let xrp go.

I would of been surprised if the security lawsuit got dismissed based on that technicality. They filed it months ago. Winning like that wouldn’t of done a thing for the XRP security narrative. The ruling of XRP being a security or not needs to be ruled head on. The judge may be stalling for regulation to come...regulation will vindicate XRP!

This lawsuit doesn't matter. They'll have to prove iXRP is a security to win, which it's clearly not.
