It would seem that GERS’s Appeals attorneys have already notified the Appeals court! That’s their duty to represent GERS as it is new evidence not presented in the December hearing.
The only thing I can say for sure is this development is deeply concerning to the defendants. Especially the ones without the promise of indemnification. There's a shortage of Nyquil in Colwich Kansas. Apparently there's not enough of it to combat the sleepless nights...
