The tech appears strong enough to kill it, but so far there is no evidence of testing done on that specific strain.
While mentioned in 10k - along with the 15 patents they had or once had (imo not clear), it is not clear to what extent they intend to pursue using the tech for this situation.
So far the company has not shown the interest investors have wanted to see, but perhaps they are treading cautiously.
Also, the new management appears to be taking the company in a completely different direction based on their histories. That doesn't mean they won't retain the purification biz, though.
