Yep, have heard that many times and all for it if it could be made to happen. But what is legal and what is reality are not always the same. Ownership is 9 tenths of the law and right now MDMN shareholders do not own The Mountain. And is it worth the money to try and get it? And is it even possible to get it? I guess time will tell.
