No, its notes being converted. It just can't move. Unfortunately the way things happened with the PR's the dilution it has killed the stock sentiment and they still have to convert the notes. So it just can't move. If it keeps going they will eventually have to fill all bids all the way to no bid. INTHEKNOW is right. I hate to say it but its the reality of VSYM for now !
