Do you have any knowledge or idea where Slash dug up this "information" about a USPTO June 2019 ruling against GERS? IF this is correct I am afraid that we have been significantly and purposely misled https://www.greenshift.com/news/item/15. I am personally disturbed as I brought up the importance of the USPTO position AFTER the hearing in December 2019. Their attorney even commented that I was " extremely well-informed on the important issues surrounding this litigation".

Something does not compute. Slash and the attorney cannot both be right, the information on the GERS' website TODAY and Slash cannot both be correct. I have always stated that this Greek Tragedy has been very interesting to follow. Now that play may be turning into the disturbing scenes.
