Well if by that you mean a revocation/cancellation of the company, it’s shares etc then DING DING yes you’d finally have properly identified a fact. Much like if/when we get paid in shares and/or money that would have to also then be fact. All our guessing before then , “informed” or otherwise , would just be opinions .
