Bill V was correct:

Nevermind, all patents are showing an active date of today


I checked on a number of patents throughout the USPTO system. EVERYONE had an updated active date of today, regardless of the state of approval. Seems to me that this "finding" means NOTHING. If I am wrong someone please document otherwise.
