PCHM is DEBT FREE so yes they can pay out 100% IMO
But I think there's huge surprise in taking in the Essay Revs that's like $30 per patch more of Gross revenue ...

With no analysis, just throwing out a number, a 70% payout on net after tax income is reasonable. I've seen PMD pay out over 100%.
