Don't know how anyone who follows this board could make the mistake of thinking I believe there is even 1 share short, much less 1.5 billion lol. Just so we are clear, the theory of a 1.5 billion share short position held in secret foreign accounts for years while the stock sits near zero is as ridiculous and embarrassingly illogical as it gets. It is simply, well you guessed it by now, bullshit.
