#100167 RE: Real McCoy #100160

It was bought by LYC Biosciences who is owned by LYC Chemical Corp who was bought out by KKR so ultimately it will be owned and operated by KKR.
KKR does not owe anything to the existing shareholders of BIOA. They bought out LYC Corp who bought out all of BIOA assets as well as IP but did not buy the debt ridden shell. The shares of BIOA are attached to the shell which is now less than worthless. If there would’ve been any money left at all it would have gone to the secured creditors first anyway.
I just don’t understand who everyone thinks is going to pay them as BIOA is dead and the new owners of the plant, assets, properties, patents and all IP was bought by LYC Corp who is now owned privately by KKR.
