I have to believe he'll be there today (the lawyer, not Dixon). They know that if he blows this off the stock is getting crushed and all credibility will be lost. Everyone wants the next EM*PM, and Dixon has that with every custodianship he takes on. If they blow this off and they let AWON get crushed, that will be the new "lasting memory" for people when Ian Dixon becomes custodian the next time with another stock. I'm sure he far prefers the lasting memory be EM*PM and not a negative story. With that said, I think the lawyer will show up because they really are moving this forward, not just because they want to have a good appearance for investors. Just sayin' that no matter what, I think the lawyer shows, even if he has to crawl to the courthouse.
