Don't need to explain anything. That patent was sold to LCYB, it's right there in the copy of the APA included in the 6th monitor's report, page 89. Just like the land title, just like the other patents, just like everything else that was sold to LCYB that might not have been updated just yet and still has "BioAmber" on it, it has been sold in the liquidation. BioAmber is out of business, nobody works for that company, it only exists on paper.
Why are the court documents considered false? Why would they be false?
