In this case you are wrong. The stock plummeted due to illegal activity. An event that one cannot factor into by DD. It was an unfair and rigged game, so no it wasn’t my fault for not selling when all the public information I was given said it was a solid long term play. Now if it were factors out of the company’s hands, then yes I agree, but not here
