IMO your wrong on count 1 & no comment on count 2.But I will comment on count 1>>If I owed you money & was loaded,you'd expect to get paid in full right?If I was poor & made a deal to pay you 50% of what i owed you or there abouts & the loss was an easy writeoff against big gains?What would you do?
