1) BlissBull is someone who has posted on this board. Checkout his posts in late December '19, just a couple months ago. He has a wild theory. Yes, that's all it is--a theory!

2) Because if Bliss is right and plays out, then I would be quite rich, as would some others on this board. Again, conjecture but nice to read if you have as many shares as I have.
