Bliss feels otherwise. He estimates that UVSE has interest in one billion barrels of crude. He wrote on this board just weeks ago that if crude were to go to $100 (half that now) and an announcement, this would soar to $0.50. I challenged him on this, given 100 billion shares authorized. He insisted on $0.50 nonetheless.

Personally, $0.15 if his theory plays out. But not much more than that unless they buyback shares massively.
