Or, and its just my opinion but it could be that the whole stunt with the fake R/S prompted a bunch of traders to call E*trade and complain to them (likely, the people complaining were the ones running the game) and therefore E*trade will conduct there own investigation before telling the traders to piss off.
Because if there was something wrong, I cant see them allowing a trade whether online or over the phone. They'd just say no all together as would the other MM's.
Idk, all of this is speculation, so we'll see i guess.
