100% disagree with these claims and would never use the DD method you're suggesting.

The framework is used by all law firms. Even BSF works within frameworks. GDSI is in a tough spot right now. They know they can't collect for a very long time, and they know they can't force the transfer of shares.

GDSI will never own Rontan. The Bros will never settle.

Expect dilution.
