There are not. This BS is is always part of a pink sheet.

The vast majority of shares in this company are not free trading.

It is nearly impossible to short such an stock.

The stock will rise and fall based on what management does and investors reaction.

This is subject to a very large amount of shares becoming free trading from the initial reset of debt as well as subsequent acquisitions.

Time will tell how it does.
