While physical proximity is not a compelling argument, the product portfolio is. In truth, I believe the old Glenmark is a better fit than the company that spun off, led by Alessandro Riva; as it is focused on Riva's skill set in oncology. And, yes, such thinking might be what is behind the seeming delay in SG3. Still, things are sometimes not what they seem, whether Elite or another company. But I believe the next 6-8 months will be very telling for Elite and its investors. During that time I think they will choose which door to open.
