Anyone continuing to scam under this ticker would already be on the SEC radar and probably be very careful to avoid getting sucked into that legal mess.

If you look at that particular boiler room scam the originators of the shares insulated themselves from the actual boiler room operation so proof would be hard to come by. In the current scam I'm sure they're still insulated from the boiler room and can claim "we bought a lust for life llc" but not the one that is currently operated by Karen Berend as a distributor to stores. Pop up a website, throw a few shoes on there and sell them and your ass is covered.
