Do people not see an issue here?

Judging by what I've read over the past two years, nobody appears to be a financial expert to where they know the fine details behind how central banks work, and the tangled webs that go with them. I certainly don't understand the dynamics of that stuff at all.

Anyone "seeing an issue here" with that is like asking a toad to explain the principles of Quantum Mechanics. Just saying.

To further clarify, the Euro is affected by the lira and vice versa whereas the dollar is not.
