You have to consider the alternative. Gifa is still in business. What that business is, well, that's anyone's guess. They have not gone completely dark, they did put out a PR to investors. Perhaps not the best PR and not what was expected, as I suspect most were expecting financials. But really, if you consider the worst case scenario, which is, that Gifa closes up shop and gives the investors no possible chance of making their money back, then yea, not bad all things considered.
