if it did, they would have to RS to being up share price easily, then RS to bring the share amount in line?? OR, FS to bring the share price inline, and then artificially make this run 1500% to bring share price to the needed standards....(or something like that)...I personally like the FS first, then bringing the share price back up to qualify, but that's just me, so I am staying a bit longer to see if I am correct...
