Looks pretty solid to me, sure VPLM has a major uphill battle, sueing some of the top companies in the world for a lot of money. You can see that they have been able to hold their price around 2 cents for a while, and is creeping up towards this next court date.
This is because if VPLM makes it past this next stage, then the sky is the limit for the price IMO... people know this, this is why a lot of attention is circling this board, both negative and positive.
These companies have been trying for over 3 years to say that these patents aren't valid, and they haven't been doing a good job of it... VPLM is 12-0 at the USPTO. This is the division of government that's sole purpose is to examine validity of patents. So if VPLM gets past this last hurdle in the district court, these companies will have to prove they aren't using these patents. VPLM clearly laid out how they are though in the original court filings. Apples owe expert even admitted this in the USPTO.
