If USAT is correct about the PA law, vs using it as a ploy, Hudson is going to figure that out very fast.

If it's so, then PA has an unbelievably anti-shareholder law on the books.

Hudson probably sees a clear path to flipping the net from red to black, and a $20 PT before finding the right suitor to flip the company.

I'm all for Hudson going to court again to move up the judge's drop dead date to hold a shareholder meeting.

It was a slap in the judge's face for them to schedule the meeting at the very end of his "grace" period.

The financials are out. Shareholders are not waiting on any news, except when they can flip the BoD to shareholder friendly fiduciary managers.

Every day present management resists, the tighter they hold on, the more desperate they become, the more likely it will be that they will file tactical delaying lawsuits, and to do something that's shareholder harmful.

Current management has no credibility or shareholder trust.

I am afraid mgmt can do things that are so harmful to shareholders that Hudson could walk away.

I have been resisting selling my core position but am worried. Not coronavirus worried; evil intention worried.
