What is the timeline for judge Atlas to rule? is it dependent on the supreme Court decision or can it move forward by itself? I have not seen any timelines about the judge at least decision anytime on this board. Please let me know

I thought the remand came from the en banc ruling, so if gov't doesn't like resulting decision from 5th on remand, can't they appeal to SCOTUS? tia
