With the exception of recent buying, barely 1% of the shares outstanding. Over many many months.

They don't last long so sellers must move quickly because as evidenced by price and volume history, all moves up are met with a virtually unlimited supply of sellers quickly knocking the price back down.

I noticed that this is not the case.
