The CEO was on this board pretending to be someone else and lying to the board and members here. It's deceptive and a reflection of his criminal history at best.

These are not the actions of someone I want leading a company.

ETA: Accepting lies from a CEO should be unconscionable.

So what if he was embarrassed or whatever...and denied being GK. That doesn't take away from the countless other statements that were a lot more important and always consistent.
