It’s removing the tradable float.

This will build where there are no weak shares to dump and fill these BID orders. That will cause the BID to move higher. We all know the float is nothing.,
This will go up organically. .30+ holders feel like bag holders. We will eat through that crowd from .30 to .50 next week
