Sterling first of all, I would like to thank you for the quick and detailed answer. It's rather rare that someone takes that much time for a proper response.
The conviction that VYST can reach new highs again is maybe still there, but some events of the last months have disappointed me quite a lot.
1. The eternal delay of the 8-K/A and until then Greg had tried to present the numbers as positive as possible via Twitter, but every investor had expected more.
Why can't the communication be more serious?
2. The announced buyback program - $30 ? Seriously?
This is not possible, this is just bad for the reputation.
3. The plan to spin-off part of their RxAir air purification business as a separate... The announcement came last year in October and so far nothing has happened although it should have been much faster.
And if Greg was or is really sick, I feel sorry for him, but a company of this size cannot postpone all plans without a word to the shareholders.
It just feeds the ground for speculation about fraud and rip-offs.
