Dallas_Cowboys, with the O/S virtually the same as the A/S, I think a reverse split is inevitable. With that said, I think Bernard would be smart enough to file the 8K first, do the ticker symbol/name change, etc and get the stock price up over a penny before doing the RS. I don't plan on holding 100% of my shares after the big news comes out, as I'm sure the stock will take a hit on the RS. I then plan on buying back shares if the fall is significant, as I believe this will become a multi-million dollar company as Bernard has claimed he's looking to build. The big thing for me, and I hope I'm not being naive, is that I think the company will be able to raise money without resorting to truly toxic financing. I think they'll be able to get a pretty good deal, which will only inspire further confidence for new people to buy in. I actually believe if the O/S was much lower than the A/S, this would be over .01 already. I think the knowledge that an RS is likely coming has helped keep a lid on things.
