Those factories were not sold to Enersys! How could they transfer or privatize them without notifying us stockholders it is fraud as far as I am concerned! So, we have an entitlement no matter what. And I am sure the creditors will not let this get past them either! IMHO

I am surprised to this day nobody has questioned my posts as far as the legal handling of our company and the dozens of questions I have asked!!
