I wonder if the creditors were offered to wait it out and asked to avoid bankruptcy and they said no. So Chapter 7 was inevitable. If in fact they did and VRDT shares were canceled that leaves us and the Arch boys in the best situation. Who knows but it seems we are going down the last stretch with Tesla's next move and Enersys stating they are going to go in the stationary and home markets this June. Hold our breath! And if the Arch boys stock is canceled it will be the first time in history that the minority common shares holders could win depending on how Monbat wants to handle the situation.. But in their news release they did say after buying us they wish to have "all" shareholders rewarded . Not sure if that includes us!
