That's a bunch of malarkey.
Two weeks since Squires issued the Shareholder letter. That's not communicating?

Everything, and I do mean everything, that POS Squires says turns out to be bullshit.

Hartigan posts on LinkedIn and Twitter.

@ssclown has nothing better to do? And on shareholders' dime, since the company earns no revenues. Shouldn't he be getting QMC's first customer?

Balchin did an update a few months ago.

POS Squires' buddy

It's easy to criticize the past.

Whose fault is that?

But why bother when you can make falsehoods up? That is so lazy and uncool.

So why do you and POS Squires do this with such consistency? Don't you think we wake up to the reality that the company earns no revenues. We are not brain dead vegetables.

Here is what we should talk about because this is QMC TODAY in the QDSC area:

1. Assam is building QDSC Facilities at no cost to QMC OR Amtronics India. $82 million.

Complete and utter bullshit which has been going on for a year and a third. There does not exist a QDSC much less a factory to produce something nonexistent.

2. Assam pays QMC licensing fees and royalties, equipment, training and consultant fees. $7 to $10 million.

More utter and total manufactured bullshit. Assam and no one ever even paid the upfront license fee.

3. QMC retains all it's IP rights and gains rights to any IP developed.

Bullshit. The contract was never in effect since it was defaulted on immediately.

4. QMC intends to duplicate this deal elsewhere many times.

The deal never happened. They can't duplicate what they have never done.

What new information did it communicate? Here is all the new information I see:

1) they signed an LOI for a new JV, that we can see was formed by a 3rd party, not QMC, and that could prove to be horribly dilutive to shareholders. That was definitely news.

2) no announcement of an AC partner as Hartigan hyped in December. This surprised nobody.

3) further confirmation that everything runs on standard cryptography methods. This surprised nobody.

4) stability testing on the Rec.2020 QDs was completed but we were given no information as to what that means or if it was done in a way that anyone in industry will accept. Who knows what this means.

5) above ground construction has not started. This surprised nobody.

6) the company has a number of complex equity transactions that can't be described adequately in the nearly 9 months since the fiscal year ended?

Where is the good news that's actually news?

What is there to talk about there either?

Assam isn't building a QDSC facility. Assam isn't paying QMC fees, royalties, or anything else. Whether Amtron is doing any of this is still an open question. There is no reason to think the agreement with Amtron, the group with the money, gives any IP ownership to QMC, and there will be no duplicates of the deal until there is a reason to think this one is going to work.

It seems there is nothing at all to talk about.

Except maybe this:

As mentioned in our 2019 highlights, the achievement of the industry first 100% cadmium free RoHS compliant, quantum dot LCD display film to exceed 95% Rec. 2020 color gamut created inquiries for testing with multiple display OEMs to potentially license our capabilities.

Which display OEM makes QDs or film? Let alone "multiple display OEMs." So why would a display OEM want to license the technology?
