I know where 189M of them are, and they are held by company friendlies. I suspect that of the balance, many are questionable and can be challenged by the company as to whether or not they were legally issued. I think the company will be going to those cert holders and making them an offer that they would be wise to consider: cash that will give them a good ROI or take a chance that they could win a legal battle on getting them cleared.;-)
