Seamus has preferred shares that are convertible to commons at 2.5 billion they are held by Alcemeide which is held by his trust. Typically he holds just over 50% in voting power.
Im not sure how to read the warrants and options but put Chris at over 60%.
Now you got The Sabby funds holding near 40% of the commons in 4 different accounts.
Their charter limits to a 10% they hold 9.99% in 4 different funds.
