Why would you say "with dilution". Aren't the warrants counted into the total number of shares all ready?

Couldn't the warrants be handled the day of results?... Among the 40M shares sold that day. It'd be unnoticeable

This must simply be folks scared of the downside, exercising a few just before the results coming.
