Specific action on a reverse stock split will not occur until the Company’s formal request has been submitted, reviewed, and approved by the appropriate regulatory bodies

There are timing rules for filings allowing the paperwork to be received by shareholders and the filing to happen about the same time. Since they’re filing a 14C, which means no voting, (couldn’t vote with shares purchased under .001par anyways) the paperwork will just be a business formality. In 2-3 weeks they will file it electronically. They better advertise this patent high and low and better be worthwhile buying back in and better get the other ones.
