There are no criminal charges coming to anyone involved with TGRR. I know people always post that stuff on penny stock boards but do you ever hear of anyone facing jail time or crippling fines? The SEC doesn’t have time to mess with Sitra’s games. There wasn’t really fraud here - definitely mismanagement - but not really fraud that could be proven. The Reg A is a scam but a lot of companies put out a Reg A to build some hype, delay a couple months and then adjust it to rock bottom price per share and then go silent for years. The lowered the share price of the offering to .0001 and still no takers?
