Can you provide any proof that Phase 1 Clinical Trials have been started or completed - OWCP has been pumping the psoriasis cream since 2015 and the efficacy report was supposed to be completed and published by March 2017.

And still they haven't published any research or clinical data in a peer reviewed journal.
