Facet is preparing the IND-who cares

PMCB doesn't have the funding to pay the user fee in submitting one.

And if they submit for a Phase 2b it will be rejected.

The good news after rejection they can submit a Phase 1 with the same previous funding. With Kenny saying it's "complex", and requiring another 2 yrs to get there.
