exactly. no nothing. no 8k from the company or any other type of announcement. no pending corporate action through fnra which is the regulatory arm that authorizes a stock to split either forward or reverse. those who keep talking over and over about nevada sos show how little they understand the market. it's really pretty astounding. it's like they are hard of understanding.
