Sort of a bizarre feedback loop...

Kenny issues a PR implying "almost there". Speculation increases.

Posts go up "next week gonna bee big".

Kenny's IR elves tracking the post reaction to the prior PR pump, report back to Kenny, that the last PR pump was a hit with SHs.

Kenny then cranks out another PR pump "almost there".

Last yr at this time one had the ill fated Jan cells growing. Crabtree in the 04-Feb PR pump implying mythical CT funding was going to fall from the sky like bat guano. Speculation running rampant predicting when the manufacturing would complete, and prediction dates for the mythical IND from week to week. Then came a catch all far off date of 15-Apr. It was all repeated with the Jun run, with Kenny watching the cells grow. Bringing in Judd as another speculative appetizer. Repeated speculation after that when the mythical IND would be ready. Then came - he's going to announce it at the SH meeting. Why else would he call for one? Oh oh oh Kenny said he was going to Chicago at the SH meeting and was smiling. Gonna meet with a partner!

Then things progressed to the usual holiday spirit for Microcrap scams - he gonna announce it before Thanksgiving... no before December and Xmas. Why else would he schedule a CC? Oops the Dec CC was cancelled because... he's working on the mythical IND!

One year later, and about to lap 15-Apr.
