The down side is that none of that is happening and there is no return on investment for over 10 years.
to the best of our knowledge India is dead, or else they would be raving about all the good news and stock price would be soaring.
Even you have to agree, weather intentional or not, QMC is not being honest and transparent with shareholders.
They took our money and spent it and they should tell us the bad realities of the companies position, not just their hopeful ideas.

Now, let's see,

Yes, lets see.

1. Assam is building QDSC Facilities at no cost to QMC OR Amtronics India. $82 million.

No announcement of construction starting. No pictures. No reason to think Assam or anyone else is building a QDSC factory, and we are now closer to the next monsoon season than the original construction time estimate. This looks less likely to happen in the foreseeable future with every passing day.

2. Assam pays QMC licensing fees and royalties, equipment, training and consultant fees. $7 to $10 million.

That is 100% false. Assam is not a party to any agreement with QMC. We don't even have any reason to think that is the case with Amtron as QMC has not disclosed that agreement for some unexplained reason. What we do know is the company with the agreement we have seen doesn't even have enough money to make the up front fee they agreed to.

3. QMC retains all it's IP rights and gains rights to any IP developed.

Like above, we have no reason to think that is true. Obviously if Amtronics can't even come up with the money to honor their obligation of the up front fee, they won't be doing any R&D, and since QMC has kept the agreement with Amtron secret, we don't know what that deal is. Maybe Amtron demanded a seperate agreement and didn't sign onto the Amtronics agreement precisely because of the IP ownership clause. They are smart, savvy folks, right? Why would they agree to that?

4. QMC intends to duplicate this deal elsewhere many times.

QMC has intended to do a lot of things over the years. I give them the benefit of the doubt that they thought they could do all of them, however the track record suggest we should not put much weight on what they intend to do. One thing seems certain; there will be no duplicates of this deal until they prove out the solar panels by actually making and selling them.

Let's see... seems there isn't really much to see here.
