Demmo: absolutely right. That is the purpose of the increased share authorization. Especially if they increase in value.As Griffin seemed to state, few would talk to them with what they have to offer share value wise.
I might think that Grant money is used in both ways. Any time someone, government or other, grants money to a cause, they never know if the cause will succeed or not.
The idea, the technology, and the promise it potentially shows are some of the key area's looked at, when grant money is awarded.
