A filing in 2017 shows the float at 45,547,072, but since then OTC markets has updated it in 2018 to 39,502,072, which is a drop of 6,045,000 shares.
It also shows that controlling interests over 5% own 77% of the total outstanding shares meaning non controlling interests would be around 30 million shares. There could also be holders of less than 5% that weren’t reported.
My guess is the actual trading float is somewhere in the 20 million area if that. We saw yesterday with a little buying pressure pushed it to $0.10 and the ask was then at $0.17. This float seems to be very tight. A lot coming here, great place to be in imo.
