Penny, you gotta admit Filter makes an excellent argument. I'm with Filter on this. Delayed payments are nearly putting a pile-driving choke hold on RNVA, but what if---what if those delayed payments are finally realized---what if there is a big whopper of a check from CMS in the mail. Then, out of the depths, out of the mud, out of the ashes---rises RNVA. Well, then...that changes everything, now doesn't it?
